I grew up in Santa Barbara, taking lessons at SBTC with Larry Mousouris. At age 7 I had already fallen fell in love with the game of tennis. I was fortunate to have success at a young age, which opened up doors for me in the tennis world: sponsorships, gear, and enrollment at the USTA National Tennis Academy in Florida. The highlights of my tennis career: being ranked #1 nationally as a junior, winning back to back titles in the boys 14’s in the Ojai Tournament, and winning 3 National Tennis Championships - 3 gold balls (14’s Singles, 16’s Doubles with Jack Sock, and San Diego Men’s Open Hard courts Doubles with Stefan Menichella). I was fortunate enough to be a hitting partner for Pete Sampras when I was 16 and traveling the world and Asia playing ITF tournaments with my teammates from my residential tennis program. Once I turned 18 I played 2 years at San Diego State University on scholarship, then I returned to Santa Barbara and SBTC. I love to share my passion, experiences, and talents with those I teach and help them love the game as much as I do!
